Shelly was awesome. We met her at an Open House in Vail, AZ. We were scouting the area while visiting family in Tucson. We had to sell our home in Nevada before getting serious with our AZ home search. It took over a year to sell our NV home. Shelly stayed in touch with us during that period and kept us current on the local housing market. Once we relocated to Tucson, Shelly provided bi-weekly reports of homes meeting our criteria. She was always available to schedule a showing. We made an offer on a Short-Sale in Tucson which Shelly helped us understand the process. After 4 months with little progress on the Short-Sale, no fault of Shelly's, we rescinded our offer. We renewed our search in Vail, AZ, and found a wonderful home, made an offer and closed 45 days later thanks to Shelly.
